DD Transport Chauffeur Service
Booking terms
Effective 27 October 2026
1. Booking requests and approval
Submitting the online form creates a booking request only. DD Transport reviews the journey, vehicle availability, service requirements and final all-inclusive price before approval. A journey is not confirmed until the request has been approved and the required full payment has been verified.
2. Service area and availability
Online bookings are intended for journeys within the configured Sydney service area. Service is available 24 hours a day, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Online requests must normally be submitted at least three hours before pickup. DD Transport may contact you if a journey requires manual confirmation or cannot be accepted.
3. Journey information
You must provide complete and accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, passenger, luggage and contact information. Airport journeys may also require the flight number, direction and terminal. Please disclose child seats, wheelchair assistance and unusual luggage so the correct vehicle and service can be arranged.
4. Routes and travel times
Map distance and travel time are estimates based on information available from Google at the selected pickup time. Traffic, road closures, weather, events and operational conditions may change the actual route or duration. A chauffeur may use a safe alternative route where reasonably necessary.
5. Price and inclusions
The displayed price is an all-inclusive total in Australian dollars and includes GST and tolls. Before approval, DD Transport may adjust the total only for disclosed requirements such as parking, special luggage or other requests made with the booking. The approved amount shown in the payment request is the final total and includes every confirmed fee.
6. Payment
Full payment is required after approval through the secure Stripe Checkout link supplied for the booking. DD Transport does not store card numbers. A booking remains unconfirmed until Stripe verifies the full payment. An unpaid or expired payment link does not confirm the journey.
7. Pickup and waiting time
For airport pickups, waiting time after your flight lands is free: 30 minutes for domestic flights and 80 minutes for international flights, and Meet & Greet is included. For other pickups, ten minutes of waiting time is included unless a different allowance is confirmed for the journey. Please keep your contact details available around pickup time and contact DD Transport promptly if your plans change.
8. Changes and cancellations
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, and you may also change the date without a DD Transport change fee within that time. Requests received later require manual review because committed vehicle, chauffeur, parking or third-party costs may apply. Any fee or refund will be explained before it is processed.
9. Vehicles and operational substitutions
The selected vehicle category and capacity form part of the approved booking. If the selected vehicle becomes unavailable, DD Transport may offer a suitable equivalent or higher category without reducing passenger or luggage capacity. Material changes will be communicated to you.
10. Passenger conduct and safety
Passengers must comply with applicable laws and reasonable safety directions from the chauffeur. DD Transport may refuse or stop a journey where continuing would be unsafe, unlawful or place people or property at unreasonable risk.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If DD Transport cannot provide a service or the service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, your statutory rights continue to apply.
12. Contact
Questions, changes, cancellations and invoice requests can be sent to [email protected] , by telephone on +61 420 762 121 , or through the contact page.
These terms describe the current booking workflow and customer policy. DD Transport should review them whenever prices, refund rules, service coverage or suppliers change.
